We work with a team of trainers, mentors and in collaboration with a range of organisations from the top end of business, technology and design.

We are looking to expand our team of people who support us who are looking to share their knowledge, skills and experience with our young people either on a short term, regular or infrequent basis. Ideally you need to be experienced in a one or a mix of business areas including aircraft engineering, aviation, marine technology, alternative reality engineering, design, R&D projects, hospitality, management and horticulture.

The work will be rewarding and you will benefit from meeting young people who are enthusiastic about the projects in which they are involved. We will also host you in our accommodation at the Trelonk estate while you are here and make sure that you are well taken care of.

If you are interested in providing mentoring or training to our young people, please get in touch using the form opposite or email Steve Hancock, our Foundation Programme Director here
